**Important Notice**
Mega Housing Management is the official housing provider for AGG1 2009 Aggregates Forum & Expo. In most cases, Mega Housing Management will contact AGG1 attendees and exhibitors only after hotel rooms have been secured. If you are contacted by a housing provider, other than Mega Housing Management, claiming to service AGG1, please email bprice@aem.org immediately.
Please note that unofficial housing providers are often unable to provide complete services related to the show that are available through the official housing provider. Show Management works to prevent unauthorized solicitation of AGG1 exhibitors and attendees and will pursue these companies to prevent future contact.
Housing is now open for AGG1 2009 Aggregates Forum & Expo. Registration is required to secure hotels rooms. If you have not done so, register to attend AGG1 2009. [ Attendees | Exhibitors ]
AGG1 is utilizing Mega Housing Management as the official housing services provider for the 2009 Forum & Expo. Show Management has negotiated discounted rates, exclusive only to AGG1 attendees and exhibitors, at hotels within close proximity to the Orange County Convention Center.

Shuttles and Transportation
AGG1 2009 Aggregates Forum & Expo provides complimentary shuttle transportation to and from the Orange County Convention Center and official show hotels on show days, with the exception of the Rosen Centre and Peabody Orlando (located within walking distance to convention center).
The International Drive Master Transit & Improvement District offers the I-Ride Trolley service to all hotels for a nominal fee. Click here for more information.
Travel Discounts
AGG1 Show Management has partnered with several travel providers to offer discounted rates on airfare and car rental services. Reservations can be made through Omega World Travel / Omega Meetings & Incentives by calling the dedicated AGG1 2009 Aggregates Forum & Expo toll-free number at 877-732-1192. Applicable service fees will apply.
American Airlines
Electronic airline tickets may be purchased through Omega World Travel / Omega Meetings & Incentives or by contacting American Airlines Meeting Services directly at 800-433-1790 or www.aa.com. Please use the contract authorization number listed below to receive discount. A ticketing fee may apply to each airline ticket purchase.

Avis Car Rental
Avis Car Rental is offering a discounted rate when rented in conjunction to an Airline Ticket Purchase with American Airlines.
