This presentation will lay out an innovative product developed to help companies resolve high-risk problems. This involves focus on priority concerns, involvement of a wide cross-section of workforce, decrease losses, and focusing the attention of upper management on operational level details. Attendees will learn:

• methods to rank workplace safety risks to ensure efforts are directed towards the greatest hazards first;
• a systematic approach to identify existing and necessary controls to manage high risk hazards;
• tools to evaluate safety controls to improve the potential for success;
