Registration Fees

Advance Registration and Ticket Pricing has expired.

Web Registration

Web registration will remain open on the show website through March 15th, 2012. Visit www.worldofasphalt.com or www.agg1.org to register online & print your confirmation. Bring your confirmation to the Express Badge Pick-Up counter onsite to have your badge and tickets printed.

Express Badge Pick-Up

Name badges and tickets will not be mailed in advance. Present your bar-coded confirmation onsite to be scanned at the Express Badge Pick-Up counters located in the College Street Lobby - Concourse A of the Charlotte Convention Center. Your badge and tickets will automatically print and you will be given your badge holder and lanyard.

Photo ID (driver's license, passport or government issued photo ID) may be required at the Express Badge Pick-Up counters. You will be allowed to pick-up multiple badges within your group by providing their confirmations.

Onsite Registration

Attendees or exhibitors not registered in advance must complete the onsite registration form and submit payment. You will have the opportunity to register for a show badge and education sessions.

Entrance to Exhibits

Attendees and exhibitors are required to wear the official show badge to gain entry into the exhibit area and education programs. Badges are non-transferable and must be worn at all times in the Charlotte Convention Center.

Education Sessions

Education Sessions are an additional fee. All session descriptions are available online at www.worldofasphalt.com or www.agg1.com. Please note, all individuals attending education sessions must also be registered for a 2012 Show badge.

Replacement Badge Printing

An attendee or exhibitor needing a replacement badge will be charged the badge fee originally paid when registering ($30.00 advance or $50.00 onsite).

Substitutions

Substitutions are allowed for all registration and education fees by calling Customer Service at 877-394-9753. Any substitution after February 17, 2012 will be processed onsite. The badge or ticket you wish to exchange must be present and exchanged onsite. If an education session has already taken place you will not be allowed to substitute that ticket.

Registration Cancellation Procedure

All Badge Fees are non-refundable.
The cancellation deadline for education sessions has now expired.

People Plants and Paving or AGG1 Academy sessions will be subject to a $15 processing fee per ticket.
Asphalt Paving Alliance's Asphalt Paving Conference will be subject to a $50.00 processing fee.
Martin Marietta Arrowood Quarry Tour will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee per ticket.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing for consideration. No refunds will be issued onsite.

Age Limits

Registrants 18 years or older must pay the registration fee. Registration for children under 18 years is complimentary. Due to security concerns children must register and be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Data Collection, Storage & Show Information

By registering for World of Asphalt 2012 Show & Conference and AGG1 2012 Aggregates Forum & Expo you consent to World of Asphalt 2012 Show & Conference and AGG1 2012 Aggregates Forum & Expo collection and storage of data in the United States. The registrant consents to receive all mail, email or phone communications from show management regarding important show information or updates for World of Asphalt 2012 Show & Conference and AGG1 2012 Aggregates Forum & Expo.
